Isg WinCommand combines a command line with basic elements of a GUI file manager. See the description page for further details and a screen shot. More details can be found in the PAD Factsheet.
The program package available here is multilingual, the languages German and English are included, other translations can be easily added.
Change in Licensing with version 1.12
01.02.2011: Isg WinCommand is now available as Freeware instead of—as before—Shareware.
Since the software is not scheduled for further development, I've decided to give it away for free. The implementation of change requests by users is, however, might still be possible upon individual agreement.
